At Curio BD, we back our products with a fair, transparent, and fast resolution process. If something goes wrong, we fix it — quickly and clearly.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A return request is valid if the product is:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Missing parts or incomplete package
  • Not matching product description or size (where applicable)

Return Window: You must request a return within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the order.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items used, washed, altered, or intentionally damaged
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Perishable goods, personal care, or hygiene products once opened
  • Gift cards, discount codes, or digital downloadable products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Take clear photos/video of the product and packaging

  3. Mention: Order ID, issue details, and preferred resolution

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to drop it at the nearest courier point.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable when return is approved.

  • Refund Method: Same payment method used during checkout (Card/MFS/COD refund via bank or MFS)
  • Refund Time: 5–10 business days after the product reaches our warehouse
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for incorrect or damaged deliveries

5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of refund:

  • We replace the product with the same or equivalent value item
  • Delivery time for exchanges follows standard shipping timelines
  • Only 1 exchange allowed per order

6. Quality Check & Approval

Returned products go through verification.
If the claim is proven false (not damaged by us/courier), the item will be sent back and refund will be rejected.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For COD orders:

  • Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or Mobile Financial Services (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)
  • Customer must provide valid refund account details after approval

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order if it is:

  • Not shipped yet → 100% refund applicable
  • Already shipped → cancellation not allowed, follow standard return process instead

9. Dispute & Resolution Commitment

We aim to resolve all genuine issues within 7 business days of the complaint.
