At Curio BD, we back our products with a fair, transparent, and fast resolution process. If something goes wrong, we fix it — quickly and clearly.
1. Eligibility for Returns
A return request is valid if the product is:
- Damaged or defective upon arrival
- Incorrect item delivered
- Missing parts or incomplete package
- Not matching product description or size (where applicable)
Return Window: You must request a return within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items used, washed, altered, or intentionally damaged
- Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Perishable goods, personal care, or hygiene products once opened
- Gift cards, discount codes, or digital downloadable products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Take clear photos/video of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to drop it at the nearest courier point.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable when return is approved.
- Refund Method: Same payment method used during checkout (Card/MFS/COD refund via bank or MFS)
- Refund Time: 5–10 business days after the product reaches our warehouse
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for incorrect or damaged deliveries
5. Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange instead of refund:
- We replace the product with the same or equivalent value item
- Delivery time for exchanges follows standard shipping timelines
- Only 1 exchange allowed per order
6. Quality Check & Approval
Returned products go through verification.
If the claim is proven false (not damaged by us/courier), the item will be sent back and refund will be rejected.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For COD orders:
- Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or Mobile Financial Services (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)
- Customer must provide valid refund account details after approval
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order if it is:
- Not shipped yet → 100% refund applicable
- Already shipped → cancellation not allowed, follow standard return process instead
9. Dispute & Resolution Commitment
We aim to resolve all genuine issues within 7 business days of the complaint.
